WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH
Pinna is operated by S2 Tikshuv Ltd. Where these terms say "we" or "us", that means S2 Tikshuv Ltd.
WHAT THIS SERVICE DOES
Pinna transcribes audio you submit and returns a written transcript, identifying different speakers where it can.
YOUR RECORDINGS AND YOUR TRANSCRIPTS STAY YOURS
Submitting audio does not give us ownership of it, and the transcript we return is yours. We process what you submit in order to produce that transcript and to run the service.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT SUBMIT
You may not submit audio you have no right to submit. That includes recordings of other people made without the permission the law where you are requires.
You may not use the service to break the law, to attempt to disrupt it for other users, or to work around the limits of your plan.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your access to it secure. You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or by signing in with Google or with Microsoft.
Whichever you use is what protects your account, so keep control of it. If you sign in with a one-time code, that means the email address the code is sent to. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, it means that account, and its security is between you and them.
THE SERVICE WILL CHANGE, AND MAY BE UNAVAILABLE
We do not promise the service will be available without interruption. We may change how it works, add and remove capabilities, and take it down for maintenance.
ENDING IT
You can stop using the service at any time. We can end or suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Ending your account does not by itself remove what we hold. Your audio and transcripts are deleted on their own schedule, described in the Privacy Policy, whether or not you close your account. If you want anything else removed, contact us and we will handle it as a request.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
If we change these terms we will say so on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means the changed terms apply to you.
